Founder – Full Court Advantage

Spencer Pearlman graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2013 and earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he focused on contracts and negotiations, edited the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and authored a note on the NBA and NFL collective bargaining agreements.

He broke into the NBA by sending scouting reports to teams and agencies – blending film and data to evaluate hundreds of players – which led to a scouting and analytics role with the Phoenix Suns and stints at two NBA agencies. At Sports Info Solutions, he built what was essentially “Pro Football Focus for basketball”: granular, objective skill evaluations that go well beyond the box score, tracking on- and off-ball impact on both ends of the floor. In 2023 he brought that NBA-level, video-and-data approach to Verus, where he now serves as Director of Operations & Analytics and the agency’s registered NIL agent.
